Code Ann. § 6-13-1303","heading":"Adoption of policy","body":"(a) Following a secret ballot vote by two-thirds (2/3) of the licensed employees in a local building site to implement site-based decision making, the local school district board of directors may adopt a policy for implementing site-based decision making in the school district, to include, but not be limited to, a description of how school district policies have been amended to allow school employees at the local school building site to be involved in the decision-making process as they work to meet educational goals.\n\n(b) For the policy to be implemented, it must be adopted by a majority of the board of directors of the school district.","path":["AR Code","Title 6","Chapter 13","Subchapter 13"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"dcbc82d6090f2e7140d5bc117ac26de772d9856a41293d8058c382eab4094ec3","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-13-1302","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-13-1304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
