Code Ann. § 6-15-3201","heading":"School eligibility","body":"A public school district with a \"D\" or \"F\" school rating according to the most recent results of the school rating system under § 6-15-2101 et seq., or a school district classified as in need of Level 5 - Intensive support by the State Board of Education shall be eligible for an exemption from sanctions or action under §§ 6-15-2915 , 6-15-2916 , and 6-15-2917 , and qualify for funding provided under § 6-15-3203 if the public school district board of directors contracts with a partner to operate a public school district transformation campus with:\n\n(1) The governing body of an open-enrollment public charter school; or\n\n(2) Another entity, as approved by the State Board of Education.\n\nAdded by Act 2023, No. 237,§ 14, eff. 3/8/2023.\n\nThis act shall be known and may be cited as the \"LEARNS Act\".","path":["AR Code","Title 6","Chapter 15","Subchapter 32"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"8360798ef54aec548686a84ed9b13357ec6a5ce84efb8813420aa5d650a81b1d","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-15-3104","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-15-3202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
