Code Ann. § 6-23-802","heading":"Purposes of grants","body":"An open-enrollment public charter school may apply for and the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation may grant moneys from the Open-Enrollment Public Charter School Capital Grant Program Fund for one (1) or more of the following purposes:\n\n(1) The maintenance, repair, renovation, and new construction of academic facilities;\n\n(2) The cost of acquiring a site and constructing and equipping an academic facility on that site;\n\n(3) The purchase of instructional materials, technology systems, and other academic equipment; and\n\n(4) The repayment of debt incurred by an open-enrollment public charter school for one (1) or more of the purposes identified in subdivisions (1)-(3) of this section.","path":["AR Code","Title 6","Chapter 23","Subchapter 8"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"fe8b1994f2a6528d7c77bb674125f7c4db2aaa9a51cdbacc8d4dae4bf773efbc","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-23-801","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-23-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
