Code Ann. § 6-54-102","heading":"Effect on other laws","body":"The procedures and deadlines established in this chapter shall, for the purpose of this chapter, be in lieu of and supersede the procedures and deadlines under the existing laws of this state with respect to the establishment, organization, and administration of Arkansas State University Three Rivers.
