Code Ann. § 6-63-322","heading":"On-call compensation for patient care employees","body":"(a) The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences may provide on-call duty compensation or standby duty differential compensation for a classified or nonclassified patient care employee whose job requires him or her to provide patient care when there is no regularly scheduled staff coverage.\n\n(b) A classified or nonclassified patient care employee shall not exceed one hundred twenty-eight (128) hours during any seven-day period, at rates of pay not to exceed the pay provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, § 21-5-201 et seq., or its successor, or this subchapter, or the compensation set in the operative appropriation for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.","path":["AR Code","Title 6","Chapter 63","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"01fbbd6c98b94cf32b44842995a486fd28eccadbffe3d22d02e8741dae3d2e27","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-63-321","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-63-502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
