Code Ann. § 6-71-111","heading":"Limitation on assessments","body":"The improvements undertaken by this chapter shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the valuation of the real property in the district, subject to improvement district assessment, as ascertained by the county assessment of the property referred to heretofore.
