Code Ann. § 6-81-1904","heading":"Eligibility for appeals","body":"The Financial Aid Appeals Committee may make appeals decisions for an applicant, with each appeal being expressly made subject to the provisions of this subchapter and § 6-81-1905 , if the committee finds that reinstating the appealed scholarship or grant will benefit the student and finds that:\n\n(1) The applicant is a bona fide resident of Arkansas;\n\n(2) The applicant is enrolled or will be enrolled in a program of study at an eligible postsecondary institution;\n\n(3) The applicant is currently in good standing;\n\n(4) The applicant is not currently under probationary restrictions for financial aid; and\n\n(5) The application for appeal is submitted within two (2) academic semesters following the initial decision.","path":["AR Code","Title 6","Chapter 81","Subchapter 19"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"64fdc3872bd6c5e89e2b9bb8c4b8652c6f4284929f217eaaab5856f39aa61558","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-81-1903","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-6-81-1905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
