Code Ann. § 6-82-505","heading":"Limits for scholarship","body":"(a) No child will be entitled to receive benefits under this subchapter during any semester or quarter when the child has reached twenty-three (23) years of age on or before the first day of the semester or quarter.\n\n(b) No spouse will be eligible for the education benefit if he or she remarries.
