Code Ann. § 7-3-107","heading":"State convention - Declaration of election results and nominees - Certificates","body":"After a primary election for the selection of nominees for United States, state, or district offices, each political party shall hold a state convention following the biennial general primary election for the purpose of:\n\n(1) Receiving from the Secretary of State the certification of the election results for all United States, state, and district offices.
