Code Ann. § 8-6-1103","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Board\" means a regional solid waste management board established pursuant to § 8-6-701 et seq., or a successor board to the powers of the board;\n\n(2) \"Commission\" means the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission;\n\n(3) \"District\" means a regional solid waste management district as established by § 8-6-701 et seq., or a successor district of a regional solid waste management district;\n\n(4) \"Landfill\" means a permitted landfill under the Arkansas Solid Waste Management Act, § 8-6-201 et seq.; and\n\n(5) \"Solid waste\" means the same as provided by § 8-6-702 .","path":["AR Code","Title 8","Chapter 6","Subchapter 11"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"e0ef8bdbf5a4eb6a975acbdbfc1d4ce941f6a69a925e481f25e00909ecb2bfeb","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-8-6-1102","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-8-6-1104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
