(2) The uniform environmental citation form shall be used exclusively by all environmental officers in this state in issuing citations for environmental violations. (b) Subsection (a) of this section does not prohibit a municipality, city, county, or regional solid waste management district from promulgating citation forms for use in enforcement of violations of their local ordinances or bylaws.
