The contractor, or the person in charge, shall keep an accurate written account of:\n\n1. The names of all persons admitted into the hospital.\n\n2. The date of admission.\n\n3. Their disease or affliction.\n\n4. The number of days they remain.\n\n5. The date of their discharge, or death.\n\nB.
