Except as otherwise provided by law, fees for the supreme court shall be established and classified as follows:\n\nClass Description Fee\n\nA Initial case filing fee\n\nPetitions for review\n\nand cross petitions for\n\nReview $ 140.00\n\nDirect appeals and cross\n\nappeal appellant 140.00\n\nSpecial actions petitioner 140.00\n\nB Subsequent case filing fee\n\nIntervenors direct appeals\n\nand special action $ 70.00\n\nDirect appeals appellee 70.00\n\nSpecial actions respondent 70.00\n\nResponse to petition\n\nfor review 70.00\n\nE Minimum clerk fee\n\nCertifications alone $ 17.00\n\nCertificate of good standing\n\nCertificates 17.00\n\nF Per page fee\n\nCopies - each page $ .50\n\nG Special fees\n\nNew and duplicate certificates $ 35.00\n\nB. The clerk of the supreme court shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all of the monies collected pursuant to subsection A of this section as follows:\n\n1. 27.78 per cent in the judicial collection enhancement fund established by section 12-113.\n\n2. 26.00 per cent with the state treasurer for transmission to the elected officials' retirement plan fund established by section 38-802. The monies shall be transmitted by the state treasurer to the fund pursuant to section 38-810.\n\n3. 46.22 per cent in the state general fund.\n\nC.
