Fiscal year 2010-2011 through fiscal year 2018-2019, the county shall pay one hundred percent of the annual salary.\n\n2. Fiscal year 2019-2020, the county shall pay seventy-five percent of the annual salary and this state shall pay twenty-five percent of the annual salary.\n\n3.
