All monies appropriated to carry out sections 15-1723 and 15-1724 shall be deposited in the fund and all payments of principal, interest and penalties received by the board shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated for the purposes of this article.\n\nB.
