Any of the identifying documents prescribed in section 16-579, subsection A, paragraph 1 constitutes satisfactory proof of location of residence. Compliance with this section does not satisfy the residency requirements in section 16-101 or 16-593 and only constitutes confirmation of the address on the applicant's application at the time of registration.
