Receiving officers shall establish a separate fund from which county recorders shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred by county recorders for performance of duties under section 19-208.02, but not to exceed the rate of fifty cents per signature.\n\nB. A county recorder who claims to be entitled to reimbursement under the provisions of this section shall submit a claim to the receiving officer.\n\nC.
