Beginning October 1, 2014, this article applies to a person who acts or claims to be a navigator or certified application counselor.\n\nB. A person who holds a license as an accident and health or sickness insurance producer pursuant to article 3 of this chapter is exempt from the requirements of this article.\n\nC.
