Be a citizen of the United States.\n\n2. Be a resident of the jurisdiction in which the juror is summoned to serve. A citizen whose name and address appears on the master jury list as required by section 21-301 is presumed to be a resident of the jurisdiction for the purposes of this section.\n\n3. Never have been convicted of a felony, unless the juror's civil rights have been restored.\n\n4.
