{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-25-355","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 25-355","heading":"Fees; deferral or waiver","body":"Each person who attends the educational program required by the court pursuant to section 25-352 may be required to pay to the clerk of the superior court a fee not to exceed fifty dollars that covers the cost of the program. The fee may be deferred or waived pursuant to section 12-302. Notwithstanding any other law, fees paid under this section shall be used exclusively for the purposes of domestic relations education programs that are established pursuant to section 25-351.
