Sections 28-1524 and 28-1551 through 28-1554 govern all police officers in making arrests without a warrant for violations of chapters 3 and 4 of this title and this chapter. The procedure prescribed in this article is not exclusive of any other method prescribed by law for the arrest and prosecution of a person for an offense of like grade.\n\nB.
