If a person fails to satisfy a judgment within sixty days, on written request of the judgment creditor or the judgment creditor's legal representative, the clerk of the court, or the judge of a court that has no clerk, in which the judgment is rendered shall forward a certified copy of the judgment to the director immediately after the expiration of the sixty days.\n\nB.
