A person may be charged for a violation of section 28-4135, subsection A or B, or both. Only one penalty shall be imposed against a person charged and found to have violated both sections arising out of the same series of acts.\n\nB. Suspensions imposed pursuant to section 28-4135 are in addition to any suspensions that may be imposed by the department pursuant to this article.\n\nC.
