Each motor vehicle dealer and automotive recycler shall erect and maintain at the entrance to the motor vehicle dealer's or automotive recycler's established place of business a permanent sign indicating that the business of a motor vehicle dealer or automotive recycler is conducted at or from the premises. The sign shall be legible at a distance of at least three hundred feet during daylight.\n\nB.
