Conspicuously post at the wholesale motor vehicle auction dealer's established place of business a sign that contains the following statement:\n\nArizona Revised Statutes section 28-4334 prohibits a person who purchases a vehicle from this wholesale motor vehicle auction dealer from selling the vehicle in this state unless the person is a licensed dealer in this state. A person who violates this statutory provision is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.\n\n2.
