{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-28-4545","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 28-4545","heading":"Manufacturer's and dealer's permit to move without license plates","body":"A manufacturer of motor vehicles, trailers or semitrailers may operate or move the vehicles for a distance of seventy-five miles and a dealer in new motor vehicles, trailers or semitrailers may operate or move the vehicles for a distance of fifty miles, or a further distance authorized by the department, to or from the factory where the vehicles are manufactured or a railway depot, vessel, place of shipment or delivery or salesroom without registering them and without license plates attached if both:\n\n1. A written permit is first obtained from the department or local authority with jurisdiction over the highway traversed.\n\n2.
