On receipt of the written authorization, documents, license plates and information prescribed in section 28-4883, the department shall void the certificate of title to the vehicle and shall maintain a record of all vehicles destroyed pursuant to this article.\n\nB. A certificate of title shall not be issued for a vehicle destroyed pursuant to this article.\n\nC.
