For the 1996-1997 fiscal year, seventeen million five hundred thousand dollars.\n\n2. For the 1997-1998 fiscal year, fifteen million dollars.\n\n3. For the 1998-1999 fiscal year, twelve million five hundred thousand dollars.\n\n4.
