The county agent-in-charge in each county shall annually present to and for the approval of the board of supervisors of the county and the county agricultural extension board a detailed report of extension activities in the county for the preceding fiscal year, including a detailed report of receipts and disbursements, and a plan of extension work in the county for the ensuing year.
