For recording a bill of sale or other instrument of conveyance of a brand and mark, the fee shall be twenty-five dollars. For issuance of an additional certified copy of a brand or bill of sale of a brand, the fee shall be ten dollars. The fee for rerecording a brand and earmark shall be fifty dollars.
