{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-3-3511","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 3-3511","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Annual throughput\" means the amount of gasoline transferred into or dispensed from a gasoline dispensing site during twelve consecutive months.\n\n2. \"Clean air act\" means the clean air act of 1963 (P.L. 88-206; 42 United States Code section 7401-7671) as amended by the clean air act amendments of 1990 (P.L. 101-549).\n\n3. \"Gasoline dispensing site\" means any site where gasoline is dispensed into a motor vehicle fuel tank from any stationary storage vessel.\n\n4. \"Stage I vapor recovery system\" means a combination of pipes and hoses that creates a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading gasoline cargo tank and a receiving storage tank so that vapors displaced from the storage tank are transferred to the gasoline cargo tank being unloaded.","path":["Title 3 Agriculture"],"source_url":"https://www.azleg.gov/ars/3/03511.htm","current_through":"2026-09-04","vintage":"2026-08-09","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:49:56Z","sha256":"158e4dd64bdb46cd1af6328e35119b0d8d3e1b43be61965d4f1d3629e4cf2c47","source_id":"us-az","stale":true,"prev":"us-az/a.r.s.-3-351","next":"us-az/a.r.s.-3-3512"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
