To prevent a grower of citrus fruit from selling or delivering the fruit unpacked and unmarked, as a part of the crop in bulk, to a packer for grading, packing or storage.\n\n2. To prevent a grower or packer from manufacturing the fruit into a by-product.\n\n3.
