A person violating any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor unless another classification is specifically prescribed in this article.\n\nB. If a person fails or refuses to comply with this article or any rule or order adopted pursuant to this article, the director may apply to the superior court for a temporary restraining order or preliminary or permanent injunction according to the Arizona rules of civil procedure. A decision to seek injunctive relief does not preclude other forms of relief or enforcement against the violator.\n\nC.
