{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-32-121","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 32-121","heading":"Certificate or registration required for practice","body":"Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person or firm desiring to practice any board-regulated profession or occupation shall first secure a certificate or registration and shall comply with all the conditions prescribed in this chapter. An alarm business or an alarm agent may install alarms if all of the following apply:\n\n1. The alarm business has submitted an application for certification pursuant to section 32-122.05 or is a licensed contractor pursuant to chapter 10 of this title.\n\n2. Each controlling person has submitted an application and proof of a valid fingerprint clearance card to the board pursuant to section 32-122.05.\n\n3.
