A person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor who:\n\n1. Employs, contracts with, or by any means procures the assistance of, or association with, for the purpose of practicing dentistry, a person not having a valid license therefor.\n\n2. Fails to obey a summons or other order regularly and properly issued by the board.\n\n3. Violates any provision of this chapter for which the penalty is not specifically prescribed.\n\nB.
