After a hearing pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10, the board may suspend or revoke the license issued to a person under this article or censure or place on probation any person for any of the causes set forth as grounds for censure, probation, suspension or revocation in section 32-1263.\n\nB. The board on its own motion may investigate any evidence which appears to show the existence of any of the causes set forth in section 32-1263. The board shall investigate the report under oath of any person which appears to show the existence of any of the causes set forth in section 32-1263. Any person reporting pursuant to this section who provides the information in good faith shall not be subject to liability for civil damages as a result.\n\nC.
