{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-32-1299.21","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 32-1299.21","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Mobile dental facility\" means a facility in which dentistry is practiced and that is routinely towed, moved or transported from one location to another.\n\n2. \"Permit holder\" means a dentist, dental hygienist, denturist or registered business entity that is authorized by this chapter to offer dental services in this state or a nonprofit organization, school district or school or institution of higher education that may employ a licensee to provide dental services and that is authorized by this article to operate a mobile dental facility or portable dental unit.\n\n3. \"Portable dental unit\" means a nonfacility in which dental equipment used in the practice of dentistry is transported to and used on a temporary basis at an out-of-office location.","path":["Title 32 Professions and Occupations"],"source_url":"https://www.azleg.gov/ars/32/01299-21.htm","current_through":"2026-09-04","vintage":"2026-08-09","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:49:56Z","sha256":"c65e461a3d52c8c7bd827f90c497bb47bccc98d001334453ffe98fa5d8713ca3","source_id":"us-az","stale":true,"prev":"us-az/a.r.s.-32-1299","next":"us-az/a.r.s.-32-1299.22"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
