A licensee must practice the profession of optometry only as either:\n\n1. A sole practitioner.\n\n2. A partner with other health professionals.\n\n3. A professional corporation in which health professionals collectively possess at least fifty-one per cent of the ownership interest.\n\n5. An employee or independent contractor in any of the categories listed in this subsection.\n\nB. A licensee must practice only under the name under which the licensee is registered with the board, which may include a trade name.\n\nC.
