{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-32-2047","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 32-2047","heading":"Disciplinary actions; penalties","body":"On proof that any grounds prescribed in section 32-2044 have been violated or that any requirements prescribed in section 32-2030 have been violated, the board may take the following disciplinary actions singly or in combination:\n\n1. Issue a decree of censure.\n\n2. Restrict a license or registration. The board may require a licensee or registrant to report regularly to the board on matters related to the grounds for the restricted license or registration.\n\n3. Suspend a license or registration for a period prescribed by the board.\n\n4. Revoke a license or registration.\n\n5. Refuse to issue or renew a license or registration.\n\n6. Impose a civil penalty of at least $250 but not more than $10,000 for each violation of this chapter. In addition, the board may assess and collect the reasonable costs incurred in a disciplinary hearing when action is taken against a person's license.\n\n7.
