A person who wishes to be licensed by the board to engage in the practice of social work as a licensed baccalaureate social worker shall:\n\n1. Furnish documentation as prescribed by the board by rule that the person has earned a baccalaureate degree in social work from a regionally accredited college or university in a program accredited by the council on social work education or a degree from a foreign school based on a program of study that the board determines is substantially equivalent.\n\n2. Pass an examination approved by the board.\n\nB.
