Except as provided in section 32-4301, a barber, a cosmetologist, an aesthetician, a nail technician or a hairstylist shall renew the person's license on or before the person's birthday once every two years.\n\nB. A barber, a cosmetologist, an aesthetician, a nail technician or a hairstylist shall pay the prescribed renewal fee and comply with requirements prescribed in this chapter to renew the person's license.\n\nC.
