The department shall issue a temporary license to a person who does not meet the professional experience requirement of section 36-1940.01 if the applicant meets the other requirements of that section and:\n\n1. Includes with the application a plan for meeting the postgraduate professional experience.\n\n2. Submits a fee prescribed by section 36-1908.\n\nB. A person may renew a temporary license only once.\n\nC.
