The department shall develop a warning label that includes a statement that marijuana use may affect the health of a pregnant woman and the unborn child. The department shall require the label to be affixed to the packaging of any medical marijuana that is dispensed by a registered nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary to a qualified patient or a designated caregiver and any marijuana or marijuana product that is sold by a marijuana establishment pursuant to chapter 28.2 of this title.\n\nB.
