The hospital assessment fund is established consisting of monies collected pursuant to section 36-2901.08. The director shall administer the fund.\n\nB. The director shall use fund monies only as necessary to supplement monies in the proposition 204 protection account established by section 36-778 and the Arizona tobacco litigation settlement fund established by section 36-2901.02.\n\nC. Monies in the fund:\n\n1. Do not revert to the state general fund.\n\n2. Are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.\n\n3.
