{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-36-4101","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 36-4101","heading":"Definitions","body":"In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Department\" means the department of health services.\n\n2. \"Director\" means the director of the department.\n\n3. \"Trauma recovery center\" means a treatment center that provides at least the following resources, treatments and recovery services to crime victims:\n\n(a) Mental health services.\n\n(b) Assertive community-based outreach and clinical case management.\n\n(c) Coordination of care among medical and mental health care providers, law enforcement agencies and other social services.\n\n(d) Services to family members of homicide victims.\n\n(e) A multidisciplinary staff of clinicians that includes psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers and may include case managers and peer counselors.","path":["Title 36 Public Health and Safety"],"source_url":"https://www.azleg.gov/ars/36/04101.htm","current_through":"2026-09-04","vintage":"2026-08-09","retrieved_at":"2026-09-04T00:49:56Z","sha256":"a75eed113c99672ff4eec9027f79d068c69deccdff0635c6a8e67c91c73802e1","source_id":"us-az","stale":true,"prev":"us-az/a.r.s.-36-410","next":"us-az/a.r.s.-36-4102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
