The nursing care institution resident protection revolving fund is established. The fund consists of monies received from civil penalties collected by the director pursuant to section 36-431.01, subsection D.\n\nB. The director shall use monies in the fund for the purposes prescribed in section 36-431.01, subsection F, subject to legislative appropriation.\n\nC.
