Confidentiality and compliance.\n\n3. Professional boundaries and ethics.\n\n4. Crisis response and de-escalation techniques and skills.\n\n5. Trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.\n\nC. A behavioral health facility or hospital may adopt internal standards for behavioral health technicians that exceed statutory minimums.
