A person who does not have a guardian under section 14-5312.01 and who has been found by the court to have a grave disability and ordered to undergo treatment pursuant to this article may receive care in another health care institution licensed by the department during the course of the person's court-ordered treatment in accordance with administration rules.\n\nB. The director shall adopt rules pertaining to persons described in subsection A of this section to provide for their alternative care in another health care institution licensed by the department during the course of court-ordered treatment.
