{"data":{"id":"us-az/a.r.s.-38-314","jurisdiction":"us-az","citation":"A.R.S. § 38-314","heading":"Court of impeachment; organization","body":"Not later than ten days after the articles of impeachment have been presented to the senate, the senate shall organize as a court of impeachment and may, for the purpose of conducting the proceedings of that court, appoint a clerk who may be the secretary of the senate. The clerk shall issue all process and keep a record of the proceedings of the court. The court shall also appoint a marshal, who shall be the sergeant at arms of the senate, and an assistant marshal.
