The honor and remember flag shall be displayed on or in front of the locations prescribed in subsection B of this section on any day when the United States flag is flown at half-staff because of the death of a member of the United States armed forces.\n\nB. The locations for the display of the honor and remember flag pursuant to subsection A of this section are the following:\n\n1. The state capitol building.\n\n2. The building that serves as the location of the superior court in a county.\n\n3. The building that serves as the city or town hall of each incorporated city or town.\n\nC.
